Individual
Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a NICE recommended treatment for many common problems such as anxiety and depression.
Relationship
Therapy
Relationship therapy aims to increase insight into relationships, to explore issues and to improve relationships.
Online or Telephone Therapy
Individual CBT can be delivered by phone and/or secure online video from the familiarity of your own home.
